Scalp and Hair Therapy*

Head trouble? Therapeutic treatments normalize an imbalanced scalp while restoring luster to your mismanaged locks. Our specialists use essential oils to increase circulation and remove build up from excess sebum, products, and pollutants. While mixing our blends, we encourage you to choose aromatherapeutic scents which make you feel happy and relieve daily stress. Each treatment begins with a relaxing neck and scalp massage.

Detox
Rehab for your head. We use certified organic oils to remove extreme build-up from hair products, chlorine, and hard minerals. Heat is applied to aid removal.

Ultra Deep
For hair that is severely dehydrated and needs to be strengthened and rejuvenated. Certified organic oils and deep conditioning treatments are used to repair damage from sun, chlorine, blow drying, and more. We use jojoba, argon oil, shea butter, avocado and other deep ingredients.

Skincare

Kelley Hughes and her beauty team offer custom facial treatments to meet your needs. Your skin changes often and may require different treatment throughout the year. Our experts analyze your lifestyle: sleeping patterns, diet, stress, and other factors can affect your skin.

All skincare treatments begin with an herbal foot soak and reflexology using our signature foot balm. We use a variety of natural and organic skincare and makeup lines, including Pratima Ayurvedic Skincare, Nectar Organic Bliss, Jane Iredale, and Alex and Ani.

Ayurvedic Balancing Facial • 1 hr 30 min, $120+
We start with a consultation to find out which dosha is out of balance, keeping your skin from being its best! A gentle massage aids circulation while compresses paired with Indian herbs and essential oils soothe the skin. A deep cleansing will bring your skin, mind and body back in balance.

Gentle Deep Cleansing Facial • 1 hr 30 min, $125+
A renewing facial treatment that encourages healthy radiant skin. Using a series of deep cleansing products and techniques, we remove dead skin cells and hidden dirt that clogs pores. Followed by a detoxifying massage and healing mask. The results are gorgeous and healthy skin.

Organic Bliss Hydrating Facial • 1 hr 15 min, $115+
Give your skin what it needs. Special products are selected to aid hydration and bring a healthy glow back to your skin. This facial conquers stress and remedies dehydration. You will leave feeling replenished and radiating from the inside out.

Ultra Calm Sensitive Skin Treatment • 1 hr 15 min, $95+
Perfect for delicate and sensitive skin. Nurturing herbs and organic extracts are blended to rescue your irritated or inflamed skin from the effects of too much sun or over-stimulating products. Your skin will feel ultra calm and renewed.

Youth Dew Anti-Aging Treatment • 1 hr 15 min, $120
Look and feel years younger after this delightful facial. An intense blend of natural and organic anti- aging products. We layer our best essential oils and youth serums to firm, plump, and rejuvenate. Massage techniques stimulate and tone your skin. We complete this treatment with a glow of makeup.

Back Facial • 1 hr 15 min, $115+
Your face isn’t the only area that needs treatment. Sometimes impurities build on your skin from daily workouts at the gym, sun, or just simply genetics. A back facial is perfect for men and women. Essential oils and massage are used to help purify your neglected skin.

Policies

Blow dry policy
You will receive a complimentary 10-minute blow-out with all color services and scalp treatments. If you wish for a full professional blow-dry after your color service you will be booked accordingly, and receive a professional blow-dry for just $25. Some hair types, such as curly, heavily textured, and relaxed hair cannot be effectively blown-out in ten minutes. In such cases it is better to leave the hair to dry naturally, and, as such, we cannot offer our complimentary blow-out as this will affect the integrity of your hair.

Appointments
As a courtesy to our technicians we request a twenty-four hour notice when canceling an appointment. Moko reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellation. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service, as we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.

Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have, so that we can better accommodate you.

We welcome children over twelve years old for their own appointments and request adult supervision at all times. No child under twelve may be left unattended in our lobby, makeup, or salon area.

Group appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed without a minimum of twenty-four hours notice. To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call 215-922-MOKO.

Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Refunds on credit card sales cannot be made in cash.

A gratuity is customary for good service and is always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card.

Products, Gift Certificates, and Returns
Gift certificates are available for any product, service, package, or dollar amount, unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates must be used within twelve months from date of purchase. We will be happy to accept returns for credit in the form of original payment, less tax, on all products, except all fragrances or used candles. Returns are accepted within thirty days of purchase.
